Our Turnaround Time (TAT) for all apparel products is 5-7 Business Days. Please note that business days do not include weekends or holidays.

For DTF products, we try to print and ship either the same day or the next day. The cut-off time for same-day printing is 9 AM Central Time.

If, for some reason, we are backed up, you will be notified via email. You can also check our Facebook group for our latest TAT information!

We accept custom orders for both apparel and DTFs.

For custom apparel or single print DTFs you'll need to email your design information to theteeroom24@gmail.com

OR you can upload your file directly into the file drop box prior to adding your order to cart.

For any custom order, our TAT is slightly longer.

Please also note that when sending us designs to print or press on apparel, please ensure the file you are sending is high quality and AT LEAST 300 dpi. This will ensure your file prints beautifully!

We print files in the quality/resolution we receive them in, so it is your responsibility to ensure the file is a good resolution and dpi. We do not issue refunds if the file you have sent us prints poorly.

Press instructions:

Heat the press to 325 degrees, and press for 10 seconds.

Then remove the film for either hot peel or cold peel

Repress for 10 seconds with a Teflon or parchment paper on top.
