Our turnaround time (TAT) is 5-7 Business Days. Business Days do not include weekends or holidays. 

Our turnaround time (TAT) account for our "processing time". This is the amount of time it takes us to fulfill your order. Processing time does not include shipping times. Shipping times vary and are dependent on the carrier.

Please note, that once the package has been dropped off with the shipping provider it is then out of our hands. For any questions or concerns pertaining to missing or delayed packages please contact your local USPS office.
